Countywide Vote Center Program
Bastrop County uses the Vote Center model. On Election Day, registered voters may vote at any of the 10 Vote Center locations below — you are not restricted to a single precinct location. Pick whichever is most convenient for you.
Ballot by Mail
Application Deadline
Your signed application to vote by mail must be received (not just postmarked) by October 23, 2026.
In Texas, you may vote by mail if you are 65 or older, disabled, will be away from your county on Election Day and during early voting, or are confined in jail.

Texas law requires one of these valid photo IDs to vote in person:
No ID? You may fill out a Reasonable Impediment Declaration at the polls and present an alternative form of ID such as a utility bill or bank statement.
